  11. is it true that this version doesn't come with rules? me and my brother got in a fight because he wanted me to look up all of the exact rules to prove I was playing EXACTLY right such as handing out the correct amount of money in the beginning according to the rules. we got in a fight about that because I was saying "oh my god you don't have to play EXACTLY to the rules" and he wanted us to play exactly right, and then someone pointed out that the version of monopoly we were playing was cheaters edition and it doesn't come with rules (like something that would happen in a sit com or something).
