The objective of the game is to be the first player to complete 3 full property sets on the table in front of you. Each property card tells you how many property cards you need of that color to complete the set. For example, the dark blue set only needs 2 dark blue property cards to be completed and the black railroad set needs 4 railroad property cards to be a completed set.

There are 3 places where cards can be played during a turn:

1. A player can place money cards or action cards (rent, house, hotel, force deal, pass go, etc) face up in their bank.

2. A player can play property cards face up in front of them in their property section.

3. A player can play action cards in the middle discard pile.

Each player is dealt 5 cards at the start of the game and then picks up 2 cards from the remaining draw pile at the beginning of each turn.

Each player can play up to 3 cards per turn. A play is considered any time a card is laid on the table (such as money into your bank, property cards on the table, action cards played into the middle, etc). You do not need to play all 3 cards per turn if you do not want to.

At the end of each player’s turn, they cannot have more than 7 cards in their hand. If they do, they need to discard the excess cards into the discard pile.

Play clockwise around the table until someone completes 3 full property sets and they are the winner of that Monopoly Deal game!

  5. 4:02
Double the rent card. Can you just play this card immediately or do you need to have a normal rent card before you play the double one

Do you need: rent, double rent
    Or just: double rent

  6. Naw this Sucks!;Ill Drop a Bye Felicia Card and Just Play the Actual Board Game!

  9. player 1 use 'deal breaker'
player 2 use 'just say no'
player 1 use 'just say no' to reactivate his previous card
player 2 has another 'just say no card'

    Keep up the good work

  13. What if the player don't have anymore action card after they used all of their action card, do we skip them? Or they may take cards from the draw pile.. Oh yeah take 1 or 2 if the player take card from the draw.. Reply me to answer this

  14. If I use a hotel in my bank, could the person that I give it to use it for their property?

  15. are utility property counted as one set of color in accomplishing 3 full set of colors to win the game?

  16. Wow I didn't know that you can counter a just say no with another just say no!

  17. Got this for my girlfriend to play with None of us understand it it’s so confusing

  18. We added a rule where you can sly/forced deal whatever the top card in the middle pile is.

However, you cannot sly/forced deal a card that you played in the same turn.

Eg. Deal Break someone in turn 1 and sly deal breaker back in turn 2, is not allowed.

But if someone Deal Breaks you on their last turn and you say no to them, you are able to sly the just say no back into your hand.

However, anyone else playing is able to say no to you slying a card back from the middle pile.

  19. if I do a just say no card on deal breaker, does it mean the opponent doesn't get only one of my sets or also from anyones set

  20. You helped me alot..thx for supporting us from cheeting 😂😍❤

  21. It would be so much easier to watch someone playing a game. Your video and the other ones on YouTube go in circles in their explanations of the rules.

  22. Question: Can you put down a property wild card on its own regardless if you had not put down a basic property card of its color?

  23. I actually understood what she was saying, but some of the rules are different for us, if you have more than 7 cards then you are out of the game ect

  24. Played a round w my daughter yesterday. Didnt get it at first but I got the general idea. Now that I've watched this and other vids. It really makes sense now. Cant wait to play again.

  25. Do we pay for both the hotel and the house if a player has them on the same set?

  26. Question: if someone for example, uses a card to ask me for a card, can another person jump in and puts the "just say no" card?

  27. A bit of constructive criticism: tho I sense you genuinely tried your best to explain the game, there was just way too much information conveyed that was hard to follow. It felt as if you were reading through the guide book.

  28. I got today, so I don't know how to play

  29. I don't know why, but I'm triggered everytime she says million (10 million, 2 million, etc).

  30. If a debt collector is played against a player with no cards at all in his/her area, does that make him/her lose the round? Is insufficient funds to pay a lose condition?
