36. Monopoly deal is the best. Here is how to play

    Every player starts with 5 cards. You can have a maximum of 7 cards at the end of your turn. Every turn you play 3 cards down and take 2 cards from the center deck, if you have more than 7 cards at the end of your turn you have to randomly drop one (or many) of them, and you CAN skip your turn and play 2, 1 or no cards down.

    The premise is to get 3 sets. There are 10 types of possible sets and here are how many cards of each set you need.

    Brown= 2 Cards
    Indigo/Purple= 2 cards
    Light Green= 2 cards
    Green= 3 cards
    Red= 3 cards
    Yellow= 3 cards
    Pink= 3 cards
    Orange= 3 cards
    Light blue= 3 cards
    Black= 4 cards

    Whoever is first to get 3 sets wins the game.

    There are also Action cards. Here are which each one does. (If i remember correctly)

    Normal Rents: Rents of each set, there are always 2 colours on them. Next to your property cards, there is a number of how much people have to pay you if you put a rent card down! (You direct this rent on everyone)

    Wild Rent: Same as the normal rent but all colours are on it. (You direct this rent on one targetted player)

    Deal Breaker: Steals a set from someone.

    Just say no: it says no to Any action card played against you. If player A says No to Player B, and Player B has a just say no card too, Player B can use it and make their action card effective.

    Sly deal: You take 1 card from someone (cannot be from a set)

    Forced Deal: You swap 1 of your cards with 1 of someone elses cards (cannot be from a Set)

    Pass go: You simply take 2 cards from the deck.

    Debt collector: You target one person and take 10 Million from them.

    Its my Birthday: Everyone pays you 2 million.

    House: Adds 3 million to your property's Rent.

    Hotel: Adds 4 million to your property's Rent. (Can only be played after a house card is put down on that same rent).

    We also have money cards!

    1 million
    2 million
    3 million
    4 million
    5 million
    10 million

    You can put action cards on your money pack, but not your property cards.

    Here is how much each card is worth.

    1 million cards= Pass go, Normal Rents
    2 Million cards= It's my birthday
    3 million cards= Debt collector, Forced deal, Sly deal, House cards, Wild Rents
    4 Million cards= Hotel cards, Just say no cards
    5 million cards= Deal breaker
    10 million cards= none

    If you do not have enough money to pay someone, you have to pay with your property and if you still don't have any property then you do not pay.

    Other rules:

    There are also wild property cards that can be switched and played on both colours.

    When the card deck is finished, all cards in the middle of the table get sorted and then a deck.

    If a player has no more cards in their hand they take 5 from the deck.

    Play goes clockwise.

    You cannot pay people from money in your HAND. They must be in the money deck.
