i’ve never laughed so hard before than i did at the end. as much as i felt bad for arin. that was gold
It’s not corner properties that are good, it’s owning a “corner.” As in the properties on both sides of a corner space. Probably because the cards that have players go back 3 spaces or travel to certain spaces slightly increase the chance of landing on those properties.
First time i genuenly feel bad for Arin, lmao
this series was a fucking life lesson on mixing social wellbeing with financial stress
16:00 I'm with Arin on this one, that's a good deal
The first time you watch this you laugh at how evil Arin is, manipulating Sean. The second time you watch this you're quietly horrified at how evil Dan is, manipulating the entire game from start to finish by demonising Arin. Truly the star wars prequels of monopoly games.
Dan learned his lesson from all the other games of Monopoly where Arin took advantage of him.
this episode should be fucking analyzed by psychologists
People going after dan calling him a gaslighter when its just a game and jokes wow calm down.
Heck yes.
Arin was 100% right and Dan manipulated tf out of Sean 🤣
Nope, Arin is 100% the villain in any game of Monopoly they play. I have no sympathy for him, and Dan is always the hero.
I'm glad Arin got his few moments in the sun. 💗
Heres how traiding in monopoly fails, you give them a property in exchange for money. Then you eventuallly give the money back through their properties
I feel Arins frustration so bad! 😂
"We could have played anything else" – Shawn
How everyone feels playing Monopoly
🙁
Wow they actually managed to make me feel bad for Arin when he lost which never happens. 😂
I really feel like Sean hates Arin 🤣 and it’s all Dans fault thru mastermind manipulation
In this episode, we have;
Sean believing Arin is a worst person than any Dictator in history, just because he went on his property once.
Dan using that to inflate Sean's hate like some Star Wars plot.
Arin losing his mind due to the combined bullying of Dan and Sean.
Arin definitely getting PTSD from the word "Karma".
arin as spamton
Jack against arin is possibly the funniest shit ive ever seen – its so good, im crying
36:04 Dan: Wow it's all the Karma
Arin: WHAT DO YOU MEAN KARMA?😂😂😂
I assure you Arin, whatever Godzilla movie you are talking about being “terrible”, you are wrong. They are all awesome!
Sean & Dan: Man f u
Arin, in perfect onceler cosplay: MAN F U
So I'm watching this WAY later and I'm right at the "comments will agree with me" and can say that Arin was actually offering a good deal to Sean(jacksepticeye) for the Brown property at $600 (10 times original value) and those types of things can swing the game of Monopoly in ways you don't immediately expect.
Also just a fact of the dice and board: It is statistically more likely for players to land on Orange, Red, and Yellow compared to any other squares. It's not a massive difference but it is skewed slightly toward those for some reason. It's the same for every version of Monopoly regardless of type (like Star Wars, Disney, or any other branded version).
arin is soo wrong at 16:11
How has nobody animated this episode??
Arin's anguish is delicious.
15:15
"Being annoying isn't a crime ;("
This might be the most Shakespearean tragedy-esk Monopoly video I've ever seen
I feel like Arin was genuinely getting angry towards the end, when he actually is right that they only landed on blue once and all he did was try to make an insane deal. lol
17:02 Dan's, "now it's an actual threat involved hehe that's pretty cool"
Yup, the comments are definitely with Arin on this one haha.
You know what I would have done if I were Shaun was sell the brown property to Dan for a dollar
That was the deal of 10,000 lifetimes for Jack. Could’ve come back super strong and had an actual solid chance of winning if he had taken it
Omg Jashaun was never playing, he was at the mercy of these two xD
and historically the Irish do so well with foreign landlords
I feel so bad for Arin in this one
I know it's just banter, but Arin got massacred by gaslighting and bullying so much on this one 😂
I don't think it was intentional from the start, Dan set up the mood for dog piling Arin from the very beginning by making him look like the bad guy and discrediting almost everything he said. Strategy or accident from there on, the way everything turned out is pure comedy and irony, even with Arin laying out what could happen: him landing 2 times(actually 3) on Dan properties, both of them nay saying it and exactly that thing happening. You can't plan that. 🤣
I think this playthrough especially shows off the way Arin likes to play. He clearly HATES doing nothing. $600 for the Browns is a god awful deal*, yet he was Hell bent on it anyway because it would at least cause change and decision making. Unlike, rolling the dice for several turns to "see what happens."
*Full hotel on the "good" Brown gives him $450, but Arin has to spend at minimum 1,050 to even get a hotel on Brown with the $600 trade. So it would have to be landed on three separate times to make even $300 (unless I made a math error somewhere)
Arin having a full-blown meltdown was delightful lmao
I love that together they gaslit Arin about gaslighting lol
This is the kind of ending that the comment section would totally eat up, but still not get the hidden joke about Dan’s way of play.
3:08
Aw now I feel bad
Don't worry arin. I'm 100% the same way
I come back to watch this video any time I need to be reassured that sometimes, there are happy endings. And sometimes, there is justice. Arin's constant assholery finally coming home to roost and him melting down as a result warms my heart.
Nah, I’m with Dan/Sean on this one
we need sean to come in whenever arins gettin too big for his britches and needs a reality check this was Brutal
im scowering the channel to find the moment where sean yells "NO NO CUCUMBER" like the riddler
The entire exchange of Arin trying to trade for the brown property sent me. I have not laughed this hard at something in ages. "Eat glass" is now one of my favourite statements
