Hi everyone. HAPPY NEW YEAR. I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday season. I’ve been a bit lazy this time of the year but I am ready to start working hard on new DIYs.
Here is my version of the Pottery Barn Monopoly Board Game they were selling this season. It’s a bit time consuming but I really enjoyed the process. Hope you enjoy! ♥K

Free Monopoly Game Template:

*Print out the Free Template (it’s already in mirror image setting) on an Inkjet Printer. Make sure you tape the wax paper edges well. If you have trouble with smudging just print it out again.
*If you have smudging on the wood piece, you can try to wipe it away or just paint over it and start again. BE CAREFUL not to touch the image after its on the board. Finish with a clear spray sealer.*

  1. Now that was something completely different! Enjoyed watching!

  2. I'd go to a thrift store and get a game to have the pieces. Using those little paper pieces would be a nightmare. Otherwise looks nice.

  3. Great idea. Will try to make one for my grandchildren. Only thing is, when I download the template, all I get is a black screen. None of the images show.☹

  4. I’m in awe. I have to say, this is the most creative craft I have seen so far on YouTube. I was so amazed from start to finish how creative you are!!! Thank you for your videos!!!

  5. This is amazing!! You always have some of the most creative, awesome diys on YouTube!! I absolutely love this! Even tho I'm not a fan of Monopoly 😂 This would be great to just display on the coffee table! I have a table top tic-tac-to but this is even better!! I don't have a printer but I do have a cricut. But I am brand new to cricut and also pretty tech illiterate 😂 But I wonder how hard it would be to cut it out instead of printing?!?! Or would I even be able to find what I need since I'm sure everything about Monopoly is trademarked?!? I'd appreciate any suggestions because I would love to make this for my adult children to play together when they visit. They all love board games!! I believe Chess and Monopoly are a couple of their favorites!! Ohhh that's what you can look into doing in the future….a decorative chess board 🙂 I bought my youngest son a super nice one probably about 10 years ago and he loves it. But I'd like to have a decorative one to have in my home for them 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us!!!💕

  6. This was absolutely gorgeous. I applaud your patience! I was not expecting this but it is stunning.

  7. Life is messy but I’m Learning as I grow! says:

Thank you for sharing your Dollar Tree Video! I’m so bummed our local Dollar Trees just switched to the $1.25. I got to say though I feel like you can tell there is an increase of quality and variety. It’s really amazing how many things you can find at Dollar Tree. I also make dollar tree diy, recipes, and shopping haul videos. So I go there often!

  8. I am in awe😍😍😍😍😍😍Wow you are talented

  9. No one is better then you! Always amaze me with your talent and detail!!!!!

  10. This is amazing! I am stealing this idea for a gift. I'll be adding the houses to the little square blocks but I wonder what I could use as the pieces

  11. Found your channel in my recommended section and wow! This is so beautiful! I can’t believe use used all Dollar Tree items to makes this game. It is so creative! Subscribing right now! Hehehe🙂

  12. Good grief you’re so talented! I don’t comment usually, but I had to this time. Your creations are all genius!

  13. So talented, thank you for sharing the whole process of game making.

  14. Awesome. I was always wondering how to create one. I would buy it from this guy.

  15. That's too much time I got tiered of looking at her work on it I don't know about anyone else it starts getting boring She's doing to much

  16. whoa, wait! you just made your own rub-on transfer! That is SUPER COOL! Can you explain how you did that again? Make more like this please! The monopoly game board came out outstanding, super impressed!

  17. A better way of painting the upper part of the spaces, is to use painters tape to tape off the board as needed. You'll get much cleaner lines that way. Also, that's way too much cutting on the frame. Take it apart and just cut the ends to length. With a cutter like that, you can cut it at the same angle the ends are cut to. This avoids that seam in the frame.

  18. I haven’t seen one of your videos in forever! Still the amazing artist! ❤️

  19. What wonderful clever idea never would I have thought of doing this. Love, Love ❤ thanks for sharing! Rosemarie from Las Vegas NV

  20. There are so many things wrong with this video, I dont even know where to begin..

  21. I must have the worst dollar tree in the country. We never have most of what's in these videos.

  22. This is stunning! I love how the drawers become legs. I'd love to be able to find a way to convert the Game of Life. I love this DIY!

  23. What are the snippets you’re using to cut the frame?

  24. Ok, I would use some of these concepts, with game pieces and cards from a $10 set. And I don't care if it looks like pottery barn or Malibu Barbi. I will upscale it to look nice but with my own charm. Perhaps Chanel.

  25. You got me till the faux leather. Just couldn't think why would you do this. Kept on watching and thought we'll not bad cut down on the noise of the dice, then thought wouldn't it be really nice to cool the leather. And the way you cut down the frame. .I really enjoyed this project. Great job. Any more games in the future planned

  26. One of the best DT craft videos ever. Brilliant!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  27. This is the BOMB. And, too cool for words. *: D .

  28. Wow this is amazing!!! I'm in love! Just curious – I see you used a bag for the faux leather? I'm thinking it might be easier to use the CS faux leather that is available for the cutting machines. It does come in a white but without looking I don't know if it's too stark. This is just so stunning. ❤❤❤❤❤

  29. Lately DT has been having small bags of multicolored mosaic glass – I'm wondering if these could be used as the colors on the pieces – may not fit, just thinking they are nice little pieces I have a few bags downstairs, no idea what to do with them yet.

  30. Your Brain is INSANE… How you think of these things is beyond me!!

  31. …now that's commitment to a dupe!!!😍😍😍

  32. Why you didn’t cut the frame in 45 angle?, would look better, good job though.
