  43. At the end vikk could've took the houses off the reds then build the yellows to hotels and then put more on the reds

  46. Never thought I'd see the day where Vik is asking genuine questions about the life of communist countries.

    There are poor places in America and the UK too and nobody there is trying to scam insurance companies out of money.

    I think the reason why insurance scams are more common in these countries is because:

    A) The countries have a very powerful legal system (and by extension power of law) that ambitiously protect the people
    B) Extremely poor living conditions to the point where risking your life for a pay check is worth it
    C) The limited capacity of the government to properly investigate these incidents (which is why people are forced to invest in cams to the governments job for them).

    If any of the above conditions are missing, then it won't happen.

    Try and test it out to see if it is correct. Pick a poor country (B), with a weak police force (C) and a weak legal system/legal system that could give two ** about people (A) and see if these scams happen there for example.
