7. The best strategy is to buy the Brown Set, and to be happy with what you got, and have the others fight each other, then you eat the scraps the others leave behind.

14. These are mostly terrible tips:

    1. You don’t get much of a choice in which properties you get so don’t always have in mind that you’re gonna get orange or red.

    2. Almost impossible to get a full set on railroads unless you trade something huge for the 4th one. No one will allow you to have a full set on railroads unless you massively overpay.

    3. The cheapest properties should have houses first and then the money used for that can be used on the more expensive properties. Best examples I’ve seen are light blue + green and brown + dark blue.

    4. This can work late game however mid game you’re better off having 3 houses or a hotel, especially if the cards for house repairs haven’t been pulled out yet.
